tired Attempted a variety of things 1.2 mi

Headed out for a longish run this morning, but my legs were sooo sore from last night's boot camp. I only made it 1 mile and it was a struggle! I came home and did some ab work from this amazing website.... but my body was just sore all over and I couldn't do much. I guess it wants a rest day. haha. Check out that website.. there are TONS of workouts that you can do at home. I love it!

    Haha - wow! It seems like no matter how fit you are, when you try something totally different, it is almost guaranteed to hurt BAD the next day. At least you flushed out your legs a little bit. I bet you will feel almost back to normal by tomorrow. :)
