Intervals. 5x5:00 with 2:30 rest between. Flirting with LT going above and below. Ave speed for the work intervals was 21.1 mph. Irrelevant, but interesting to me. Warm-up and cool-down at zone 2 which turned down the overall average speed. (As you can tell, I'm trying to get faster...it's hard.) (And it was made harder cause I spent the noon hour lifting weights...Leg press, squat-shoulder press, deadlifts, single-leg squats can rip up your legs.) Happy Times!
