Swimming with more rest intervals to keep my freestyle form good. Messing around with my breathing...got to avoid exhaling in the first part of the stroke. Went several lengths on one breath, that seemed to help my speed and body position. Played around with the pull buoy. That beast is fun. Keep on practicing....


When I took a short lesson he instructed to practice breathing with a kick board.. Try that?
