    good All uphill 5.25 miles 5.25 mi 01:13 13:50 pace

    Had a lift, so i could do my fave downhill run the wrong way!! 3 days of rest after accidental 2 long runs in a week! Not a bad run, lovely weather!

      Okay...just saw your note. Three weeks, huh? You just did 11 not long ago, so you can do the 8 tomorrow. For me it's all about the music on my Ipod. Also, when is the wedding? That's exciting.

      wedding is 8th July!!!!!!!!!!
      8 will be fine ty!! play list in place - i just shuffle - lovely lovely weather!! new running jacket!!
      Half marathon is in Reading uk nr london on 21st March...
      (jacket is without sleves so ideal for spring!!)

      Thanks Kavitha - yea you are right - mum worries too much
      she thinks just relax and taper and recover and run halfs - don't think i'm getting into the numbers game in a positive way
