  1. I'm thinking I will be moving permanently to Strava shortly. I like how easy it syncs with Murdock (my Garmin) and how it maps the runs automatically and for all of the other features. If you&... read more

I've been on both Strava and Runkeeper and log on here. I moved to just Runkeeper last fall for a while (it's got five years of running stat so it's hard to give up), but I do have more active running friends on Strava now. Hmmm... I'll probably continue to log on here either way because I do other workouts I like to track.

I track running and (now, a little bit of) swimming on Strava. I just like how much the website does.

I hear you since I'm on the same boat. I've been on DM since 2009/10, RunKeeper since 2012, and just re-installed Strava. I tried Strava back in the day and didn't like it. I like that RunKeeper logs a variety of exercises that Strava doesn't. I don't have a Garmin or anything as such, don't need anything to sync, but I only like to look at some data every now and then. Kind of silly to log a workout twice, but we'll see.

  2. RUN
good Mountain of God/Cell Tower 11 mi 01:48 09:50 pace

Another great group run. I didn't even count how many of us were there. It was really humid and wet out, but good for a run. And unfortunately good for flies. These biting flies were terrible.... read more

Nice run this morning. I love running in the rain and don't mind it when I'm walking, so I hope others weren't too cranky

They were just not as friendly. Not cranky or mean or anything, because the Zambian people are the friendliest you'll ever meet. But they weren't quite as warm and smiling!!!

I have no doubt. Smiling while getting wet and not running is tough! =)

  6. swim
    tired 404 yd 00:14:00 60:59 pace

Swimming laps. This is hard stuff. I've been working on kicking, which you would think would be easier for me as a runner and soccer player.
