Finished up with the cannonball routine. Stretching after a run is a good idea.

It's odd seeing your runs in km...it's like looking at Jamie's runs as that's the only way he will log them! How are you adapting to the high temps?

When I go running early in the morning, it's actually very pleasant. Today, for example, it was cool enough that when I was getting a drink, I was cold.

  7. RUN
    good 10K Loop 9.78 km 00:56 09:15 pace

It seems a lot easier to run more slowly here. Today was a slow recovery day after my double digit miles yesterday. It was already hot out. It was also very windy.

  8. walk
    Around the complex 1 km

Lily wanted to go for a walk, so I took her for a walk all around the complex. She just relaxed in the stroller and looked at everything. She is so enjoyable.

Great run, Rev. I don't miss that humidity stuff back in Ohio either. Sounds like you have quite the cheer squad along your route, there.

Nice to run into new people; the jeans and bball shoes have me bewildered. Let us know if you need some shoes mailed to you. I don't know of the ready availability you have there. I'd be happy to help.

@Brandon - that is awesome. Shoes are not readily available (OK, there are a couple of styles that you can get) but they are extremely expensive. Like $150 to $200 for Asics or Nike.
