Blah. Face like a raddish. I think I have shin splints. I have managed to gain 1.5 kilo in less than a week. What on earth is going on? I have been off schedule for about a month - sleeping too late, eating crap. It has caught up with me. Time to grab myself by the scruff of the neck and get to work.


We all have those phases. Roll those shins, girls!
