    I have no idea what all those numbers mean... but I do know that when DM says 6.02 pace, that is pretty fast for me compared to all those 7.15 and higher paces last year.

    It sure is. Maybe nature is diverting you and makes you run slower than on the machine. Whatever, as long as you enjoy it, focusing inward or outward. have a good tax weekend.
