Holy crap. I ran!
I went with my neighbor and the chatting kept me distracted enough that I didn't realize how far we went. I definitely ran for longer than I would have if I'd been alone.

RUN
alright 6 kills 2 probables 2.9 mi 00:45 15:31 pace
Ran to the WWII Memorial in honor of Papa on Memorial Day. The "run" involved a lot of walking, and some sitting and contemplating mortality.

great Charm City Yoga 01:15
I did every modification to really try and push myself to the limit, but it turned out to be an easy class over all.
EDIT: 24 hours later, my abs tell a different tale. Oof.

good Patapsco Swinging Bridge 2.5 mi
Paved path with lots of bicyclists, kids, and runners. Silly to post this walk, but I crave the bars at the top of my profile. Also, my legs were a bit sore today. Is this a delay from my run an... read more

I love working in theatre sometimes. A bare stage with a swept plywood deck is almost as good as a skating rink! Sadly, the carpenters install a set first thing Monday. It was nice practicing ti... read more

RUN
2.76 mi 00:40 14:30 pace
I took a run from work down around the Washington Monument and back at sunset. The weather was lovely, the views were lovely, the music was pumping, but it was a little disheartening. So far I've... read more

Hey, you have to start somewhere! There's no shame whatsoever in taking walk breaks, no matter how many you have to take and what your run/walk ratio is. Just keep at it, and eventually you find yourself running more than you walk. This is how I got started, this is how I got my mom started, and it's how I got Mike started.

great CenterStage 2.5 mi 00:50 20:00 pace
Walking to work > driving to work.
It's really silly to post such a short walk, but I'm a little obsessed with this website and I want to see more bars at the top of my profile. -

blah I Can Has Cheezburger 1.93 mi 00:30 15:32 pace
What kind of asshat turns the TV in a cardio room to a show about delicious fatty foods?
For 30 minutes I had cheesburgers and milkshakes staring at me.-
Blech I hate that! It makes me feel queasy to watch food television while I'm working out.

good Lansburgh Treadmill 1.6 mi 00:26 16:15 pace
First time in a long time I've been on a treadmill. It was a little disheartening to see how out of shape I am, but not as hard to keep pushing onward as I thought it would be.
