      Rebekka......like your goal too;-) When I was running my first marathon i was really struggling to finish and somehow the last couple miles I kept seeing this guy ahead of me that had Phil. 4:13 written out on his back.....what a visible connection God provided that enabled me to have strength to finish!

    Yay did it under 30 minutes (chip time) with an injured ankle. Glory to God for giving me strength and having 2 random runners encourage me to keep going while I had to walk it out a couple times.

    Ran the National Police Week 5k in DC with my best friend. Proceeds of the race go to the fallen policemen fund.

    Pretty tough course for a first time race ever but thanks to Achillex for running with me and motivating me, love you Dad. Glory to God for giving me the strength and will to keep going.

    Bikram was awesome this morning, I can feel my body opening up more. One day closer to being able to do what my advanced fellow Yogi's are doing. Yay for being productive with my body today.

    Track workout for 30 minutes and it was pretty awesome compared to running when I run by myself, I get so bored. But it was great running/jogging and doing intervals.

    Ran a little bit over 2 miles with my pace group before it rained and it was very motivational running with them. It was an awesome morning and now I'm ready for an awesome day.
