    Felt pretty good until about 4.5 in, when I got a killer side cramp.

    The last few miles felt like forever. I honestly don't know how long the whole run took me--I was having Garmin issues--but I know it was a looooong time.

    Run #2 today--Feeling good about Hood to Coast! Cooler, but still humid (86%). Felt good, though--and the ocean breeze was nice.

    This one felt great. I probably should have picked up the pace a little bit--I felt like I had a lot left in the tank at the end--but it was a good run! We even found a couple hills.

    Literally dusted cobwebs off my bike to go meet J on his way home from work. We rode a little further on the bike path, but my tires were low so we turned back. Good to be back on the bike, though!

    great Marvin Braude Bike Path 6.02 mi 00:57 09:28 pace

    Ran the middle 4 at about 8:52. Felt really good. Saw a seal and a bunny.

    First double-digit run since January! Felt good to get a long one in, hot and slow though it may have been.
