    It was alright, slight grade (.5) again and I was just a little bit stronger than last time - still not as fast as I wold like. Overall, I felt pretty good afterwards.

      Good for you for trying. Maybe it was just an off day. Try again, and keep it at 0%, and if you feel strong, up it a little at the end.
