    I started out for a walk and got caught by the thunderstorm. At least I got some fresh air between Algebra assignments, though. :) Tomorrow is day 3 for C25K!

    Day 2 of C25K was today and I'm happy with it. I had to walk a couple times so I could catch my breath but overall, did well! :)

    great Daily Old Louisville 3.26 mi

    I've been walking daily with my Mother in Law. Today we made it a thing so from now on it's brisk walking about 3 miles every night. I'm hoping for this to be on top of my C25K program.

      Not sure just yet...I'm waiting on my replaced headphones to get in the mail. =/ I feel as if I can't run without headphones. It probably sounds odd, I know, I just feel more comfortable that way. :) Headphones should be here tomorrow, so maybe Thursday morning! :) Thanks

    I needed a brain break so I rode around Old Louisville for 55 minutes or so. It was really nice though a new seat on the bike is needed, my poor little butt hurts! lol

    Second day of bike riding with my son went great! It's a great way for us to get outside, get some exercise and enjoy each others company in the beautiful weather.

    It went well, but cold. After classes were over today, I got tired of waiting on the bus, so I trekked it home. Not a very far walk, but with 50lbs on your back, it makes for a nice little workout.
