Spin class tonight - first hardcore workout since the marathon just over a week ago! Knee and left hamstring were bad for a few days after the big M and tendons in left foot were terrible so really taken it easy, just been continuing my weight traing to stay toned and having to be very careful with the calories so I don't gain weight! But felt great to have a good blast tonight :D
