My 6yo was riding her bike this evening, screaming at me to chase her, and so I did a few sprints that I'm estimating added up to about a mile. Count everything, right? :-)

    I think it would be totally unfair to count something like that ... Especially if you are on teams one or three:-) Now if you were on team two then you can count walking to the kitchen :-)
