    Tried to do my regular treadmill run/walk and couldn't even hobble through 1 min - my shins are killing me!! No good. Did elliptical instead and still got a good workout.

    tired today and legs (shins and hips) really painful for some reason, so I decided to do the bike. Felt good and flew by bc I got to read a gossip mag :)
