I hate the treadmill... I get bored too easily! But with J's work schedule this week it's pretty much my only option. It's better than nothing, right?
Absolutely! I used to despise the treadmill, too... But this summer I used it quite a bit and learned to appreciate it. Still prefer the outdoors though! Nice job getting it done!

Yes, I have so much trouble exercising or running when allergies kick in. Difficult when the head feels like it's going to explode or my can't see thru my watery eyes. Great job still getting it in!

This is where I run - it's a very rural area, lots of wildlife and rednecks ... and I'm considering a very dark, possibly scary 5am run tomorrow. Suggestions??
Wear all of the reflective gear you have. Pepper spray. Flashlight. No ear buds so you can hear everything around you. I always run pre-dawn, but at least there are street lights (no houses). Good luck!

Need to be much faster if I'm going to do a 10K in an hour in 12(ish) weeks! But not bad for the first outside run in almost 2 weeks.

You have plenty of time to work up to that. Build up the distance first, then you'll be surprised at how much easier it is to build speed. Great run.
