      R...I live out that way...I run Bergen to Owensville-Belfast to 131 to Newtonsville-Hutchinson to Brushy Fork to Bergen for an 8.3 mile route...we should plan a run sometime...hope your 1/2 went well!!!

    I hate the treadmill... I get bored too easily! But with J's work schedule this week it's pretty much my only option. It's better than nothing, right?

      Absolutely! I used to despise the treadmill, too... But this summer I used it quite a bit and learned to appreciate it. Still prefer the outdoors though! Nice job getting it done!
