I went for another run tonight to take advantage of the fact that I still hadn't showered and the cooler temperatures. To be honest, I also did it for two other reasons. 1. I wanted to leave the house during bath time. 2. I am going to go sit on my butt and watch the bachelorette while eating a big ice cream cone. I will feel better about it knowing I just burned some more calories :-) I wasn't sure what my legs had in them after earlier, so I just went with what they wanted to do. I never looked at my watch during the run, but I could feel I had a pretty decent clip going that felt pretty consistent. Mile 1 - 8:08, Mile 2 - 8:10, Mile 3 - 8:00.
