Not my best run. Charlie horse in my left foot kept me from picking the pace. Need to stretch more before Monday's race.

Totally feel like crap today. I can't believe I actually ran 3 miles. I felt like I was running in slow motion. Everyone was passing me on the track. I won't have believed it except the trainer confirmed what my stopwatch said.

great treadmill 2 mi
outside track was closed so we had to run on treadmills. I don't seem to do as well when I use those.
