    Whew! Super challenging but I did it. Haven't run that far in at least a year. Will probably ache a little bit tomorrow. First time running with intervals in a while too.

      You will run a half again. You had a pretty fast pace there Reba. Maybe slow down a bit and run for only a mile at a time for the next couple of runs. Keep rolling and tiger balming.

    Wow, first marathon!! Couldn't have done it without Ezra, best running buddy ever. Made it through strong, took the rough with the good, and finished. Couldn't ask for more.

    Such a fun race! Those hills were ridiculous! And my knee felt pretty questionable throughout the race, but no pain or stiffness after...crazy, but I like it.

    Found myself running a little funny to avoid stretching my IT band too much. With only three miles it still ached a little. I HATE THIS!!
