Whew! Super challenging but I did it. Haven't run that far in at least a year. Will probably ache a little bit tomorrow. First time running with intervals in a while too.

You will run a half again. You had a pretty fast pace there Reba. Maybe slow down a bit and run for only a mile at a time for the next couple of runs. Keep rolling and tiger balming.

Such a fun race! Those hills were ridiculous! And my knee felt pretty questionable throughout the race, but no pain or stiffness after...crazy, but I like it.
