      It was great! Super time relaxing by beach and pool, enjoying the warmth. As you probably saw, got three runs in. Plus had a fantastic balcony that I used for working out each morning. all in all, just a fabulous time. It was nice to be warm.

    Second Run in Cuba. Followed the Autopista Sur as it worked its way through the Ecological Reserve. Good run, great weather and heat. Felt amazing to run with just shorts, tee, socks and runners.

      Nothing wrong with strengthening the core. Yes it was a rather pleasant afternoon. Not much of a wind, so that kept it reasonable. I don't think it was really 4F wind chill. Although I by accident dropped my running glove and when I picked it up, it was rather frozen.
