  9. RUN
    good 18.81 km 01:54 09:43 pace

A relaxed vacation workout. Discovered two hotspots about 10k into the run. One on the inside of each thigh... Apparently the mesh from my shorts isn't suitable for +10k runs...

Bold Christoffer, your shoes must have been strapped on tight for a fear induced sprint.

Or perhaps stupid for not taking a detour instead of a face off with an elk ^^ anyway it was good fun. Got me some extra adrenalin for the run!

  16. RUN
    good 14.93 km 01:31 09:47 pace

Decided to go for a short afternoon run. Ended up tripling the milage. Kept a slow pace through out the run.

  17. RUN
    good Milen - Skatås 10 km 01:01 09:49 pace

Ran with a friend of mine who has recently stopped smoking. The poor guy pounded the ground like a jackhammer trying to keep up the pace. Next week we'll add on some distance!

  18. RUN
tired Kungsbacka Loppet 21.19 km 01:47 08:05 pace

My first official race. My first and biggest mistake was to hook up with a runner faster than me. 190bpm average heart rate made me pretty tired in the end. Otherwise ok run.
