This was the best run ever! Very energetic. Rows massive mounts of runners including two of my favorites, Randy Oaks and Ellen VanSlyke! Definetly running this one again next year:)

The Little York tri allows you to build a team. So if you can find a swimmer and a biker you could run it. The ride for that is relatively flat and kind of an easy ride.
