  1. RUN
    good St. Wendy's 4.25 mi 00:35 08:12 pace

Whoever said that for every uphill is a downhill never ran this route.

      Jill M. Congrats

I know the feeling - did a big hill in my subdivision last week - I still haven't recovered!

  2. RUN
good Neighborhood Route 3.1 mi 00:26 08:19 pace

I think we can just use the word "humid" until further notice.

Matt, this #runningondeadline group has given me a mid-summer shot of motivation! Thanks!

  3. FIT
    blah 01:00

New teacher and she wanted to try some "fun stuff". Open to new stuff, but not when you can't teach it very well.

  4. RUN
great First National Route 3.15 mi 00:24 07:32 pace

Awesome tempo run! Hazy, but that just made the sunrise more spectacular.

  5. RUN
    good MNHS 4 mi 00:32 08:04 pace

Always good to get a Monday morning run in, but it was humid with a captial H. Happy 4th of July everyone!

  6. Exercising demons....

  7. RUN
    alright Intervals 2.5 mi 00:23 09:02 pace

2x800 intervals + .5 mile walking. Not much to shout about. It was like running in soup, but it beats the treadmill.

  8. Spinning or intervals tomorrow morning? Either way, throwing up will probably be involved. Great way to start the day.

    alright basketball 00:30

    1) I have no game. At all.
    2) Don't eat taco salad 40 minutes before shooting around

  10. RUN
good Neighborhood Route 3.1 mi 00:24 07:51 pace

Great WX for a run. For some reason, I decided to take the hilly route for this run. It's not good when I can hear my breathing over my iPod. Good run, though.

  11. RUN
    alright Treadmill 3 mi 00:28 09:18 pace

Should've run outside this morning. Opportunity lost. Thursday...back out on the road!

  12. RUN
    good Treadmill - Gym 5 mi 00:47 09:19 pace

With a high of 4 degrees today, I decided to skip bball and go to the gym to watch the NFC Championship and run 5 miles on the Rubber Band of Doom. Pretty tolerable, actually.

And you fared much better than the Bears!

Felt good to get a run in early. Even though it was at the gym.

Look at you...dailymiling, foursquaring, tweeting. You do actually teach something to the future of America at some point, don't you? Good job getting the run in.

Great to run outside! Cold, but still better than the Rubber Band of Doom

  16. RUN
alright Neighborhood Route 2.29 mi 00:21 09:02 pace

Recovery run after yesterday's first workout at the gym. Felt good to burn some of it off.

  17. FIT
    good First Workout 00:50

Complimentary 1 hour workout with trainer went pretty well. She gave me some good info. She's inherently evil, but good info nevertheless.

  18. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:38 09:34 pace

4x800 intervals...on a treadmill.....and no headphones. Yeah, that's right. I"m pretty much Captain Awesome today.

No stare down with a deer on the trail this time, but I did get attacked by bugs about as big as deer.
