Going for time, not distance. Running still irritates the piriformis pain, but I'm tired of not running. Other exercises just aren't as satisfying.

I don't know about "feeling good", but I'm getting by. Took some time off from running, trying to get this piriformis pain under control. I've been trying some other exercises, but they just don't make me as happy :)

I wonder if the Pure Barre class I have been taking would help you strengthen it? Worth looking into! :)
