COLD. Planned for 2 miles, but cut it short due to the weather. Had a hard time breathing 6:00 into the run. Walked for 30 seconds. Walked for another 30 at the 8:00 mark. Ran home for a stronger finish. Legs were kinda tired. Cramping a little tonight for some reason. Not enough water? Bad nutrition? Probably. Looking forward to Spring! May have to get through winter on the dreadmill.
