RUN
good 1 mi 00:10:44 10:43 pace
Run went well. I took a week off after feeling a slight stinging sensation in my shins during last Tuesday's one miler. I was so fearful of shin splints, I didn't want to push it. With so... read more

Nice run Ray. Keep at it. Might want to try a tennis ball on the shins to help work out the tension. Just a thought.

I don't know if it wil. I just looked and didn't see anything. U can probably google it to see if anything pops up. If u are looking for that kind of info and have an iPhone u can download the Nike plus app and go buy a Nike foot pod for around 15-19$ it attaches to your shoe and it reads u info whenever u unlock your phone. There might be cheaper aps out there that do it too I just don't know which ones. I've only tried the free ones. Ha ha

I have had HORRIBLE luck with that stupid Nike+ iPod thing... lol See this review: http://rayzorback.com/2012/8/22/nike-ipod-review I'm ok with out it, but I was just making sure you weren't talking about something I hadn't found yet. It doesn't sound like it would be a difficult update in the future.
