Good run on the treadmill after a busy day at work. Was nice to clear the head & sweat. Had to go early because I have more to do tonight. I got the good treadmill & the tv to myself. :)

Time/distance includes a warm up. It was alright. Treadmill in fitness center of our new place squeaks with every step when I run. I hope they service that soon. That was the main reason I cut the workout by 10 min. I'll get on the other one next time.

Ran for 17:00 after a deck of cards 460 rep workout. Almost lost lunch but it was nice to have time to run again.
