      Nice work Ray! Especially on a treadmill! I have such a tougher time on treadmills and given the cold have at least found an indoor track to use, so props for doing your speed work there.

      @Brian: It helps to visualize goals. LOL. I told someone that the pic was from when I was in "contest mode" but I'm currently in the "off season" and that is why I'm fluffy & retaining water. They believed it! haha

    Good run. First time I have ran over one mile with out stopping in a long time. Felt good but was hard. 5 minute warm up & cool down. Completed Week 1 Day 2 of 100 Push Ups.
