Yes, i have an app on my iPhone that does intervals. You can either download workouts or create your own or modify one to suit your needs.

It also controls my kickr trainer setting the wattage for me to ride at. Works pretty well :)

iMobileIntervals.com is the website and the name of the app.

Hope your bike isn't in the shop long. Have you ever used liners? They have saved me a lot of aggravation when I couldn't find that almost microscopic wire or shard of glass that kept puncturing my inner tube. Few things are more annoying than patching and reinflating my inner tube, only to have it go flat again in less than 5 minutes.

Are they the skinny tires? I go a lot faster with those, compared to my old 2.25" balloon tires.

    • Ray G.

Well, my other tires were the skinny type too but were designed as training tires. Long lasting, puncture resistant but with a high rolling resistance.

My new tires are still skinny (or skinnier as I went to from a 700x25 to 700x23) but these are designed for racing. Real easy to get up to speed and maintain it. Big difference :)
