Double laps around the Rose Bowl. Nice weather, nice clear skies, nice standard run at 9|1 run|walk intervals. Splits came in at 9:36, 9:17, 9:26, 9:40, 9:28 and 9:05. Then a stop for frozen yoghurt on the way home. Mmmmmm. Good running.
