    Took the ol' two-wheeler out for a spin tonight. My legs are still screaming at me from yesterday, but I just had to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

      Don't you find that cycling really soothes the legs after a hard run? I mean as long as you don't go into lactic just a good easy spin?

      I don't get on the bike as much as I probably should (I love running too much), so I don't really know. I do know that I am in incredible pain from yesterday :)

      Well you killed it yesterday.....My running is way better when my cycling is good..It lets me get into tempo work for far longer then on a run and saves my running legs too
