Leisurely ride to Lake Cassidy & back. Getting so much better in drinking & riding without dropping bottle from its rack! Overcast day but lake was very peaceful & beautiful with a family in a boat fishing for dinner I presume! Discovered also I had no snacky foods (still in kitchen counter where I left them), no cell phone (in car where I left them), but I remembered my drinks!! Oy -- I remind myself of someone I know!
