Left ankle was unhappy for the first .5 +/-. By the time I made it in and out of the post office, it had eased up. Fairly tight in the legs today-gee....wonder why. Hehee! Could have gone another mile or two, but Want to ensure I can still run tomorrow pain free. Sweat like crazy on this one-must have been all that yummy shrimp and bbq yesterday.

No..........thank you @Pantha M. Have you heard from "the Peanut" lately ? Every once in a while I've seen her bare-footin' it, enroute to work.
Anyway-I seriously need the gym inspiration-love to run, but my weights,etc meh...not so much.
