      Randy they call out your pace every mile its extremely annoying I tried to turn my ipod up each mile but somehow it would change songs at every mile and I would hear my time. I will private message my time it was sooooooooooooooooooo bad but the past 4 years before were awesome. My first year was 1:20, Then 1:28, 1:29 and 1:29 not shabby for a hilly 10 mile. I am not telling last years very embarassing

      Great 5k run and great pace!! You will def leave me in the dust at the goat lol but its all good I am going to have fun and enjoy myself last year I put way to much pressure on me and I ended up crying on the sidewalk almost quitting (I didn't quit the race but in my head I did), so this year I want it to be fun and I think it will be :).

    Same tactic as yesterday, but on 2 wheels. Seemed like a headwind the entire way. Lots of low gear usage. The flat of the last 2-3 miles felt good against the wind. Legs feel like rubber.
