Hey, looks like we had very similar runs! That's some good treadmill work. My goal on the treadmill is always just to get off it as quickly as possible.

The treadmill is boring but it has its perks. It's a bit lower impact that the pavement and it forces me to keep a pace.

I guess... they must be good for sooomething, right? I always just get annoyed at the gym when people bounce away on them and think they ran really far when really they just bounce really high. Silly treadmills. The low impact is good though. I agree to that.
