    Blisters started between miles 6-7. Calf cramp started just before mile 12. That was the killer. PR'ed it, but wanted to do better. Swamp Stomp - here I come.

      Cindy, today is usually my basketball day. Since there weren't enough guys to play today, I figured I would get a run in. And thanks! I REALLY pushed myself today. I was feeling it. I'm proud of that first mile.

      Chris, I don't mind the showers at work. In the Army, we all stood in one big shower together. That was a treat.
