It was a really good run! All in all, I think I walked a total of half a mile, slowing down to drink my water a few times, usually 0.10 mile 0.15 once.

I started out at 5.5 miles and did a total of 2 miles at that pace. The next two were at 5.3 and my last mile was at 5.0. :)
