I was able to mostly keep up a 5.5 pace. After the first mile, I slowed down for my water break and then cranked it up to 6.0 for about half a mile. I slowed down to finish the mile at 5.7.

in the 5 minute cool down, I walked another 0.31 miles to round it out to 3.01 miles in 35 minutes.
