I started out with a 1 minute walk and a 3 minute jog. It felt great!
Next, I walked for 1 minute and jogged for 4 minutes and repeated 3 times, so that I was in the middle of a lap after 20 minutes. Then another 2:20 to finish the half mile lap.
I'm not sure if I did 4 laps or 5! So I either jogged/walked 2 miles or 2.5 miles! HA!!
