All in all, pretty darn good!
The course description is "mostly flat with rolling hills." The hills were not rolling! LOL!! Anyway, my 2 mile split time shouted out was 22 something. I had to slow down to drink, I still haven't mastered the art of running and drinking from a paper cup yet. :) Shortly after that, I had to stop to tie my shoe! Jeez!!
Something for me to better next week. Oh I finished 259 out of 308.

I did this too. Although I did the 3k walk with my 2 girls in a stroller. Fun still!
