So I ran a pretty steady hard pace. Interestingly, the other day, I did the same distance as interval sprints (1600*3 with 800m jog). That run was generally easier, but the overall pace/time was just about the same. Still not back to the pace that I had been before my hip had hurt, but I suppose I am getting there.
