    Goofed off. Did miles at various paces from 8:00 to 6:18. My 10yo ran on the treadmill next to me. He ran for an hour and did 5.6 miles. Proud of him since first time running really.

    Legs a little wobbly from spinning and weights. Just took it easy on the treadmill for an hour. Not many people here at the YMCA. Snow scarred most away.
