      Today was supposed to be just 30 mins with one 5 min effort. Rode 2 hours instead. Tomorrow's ride is evil The toughest of all but I am ready for it.

      Today I did that last 2 min on a stretch of a road I usually ride at 42-43, instead today I was holding it at 45-48. I can feel the strength.

      Hey Srinath! The workouts are made for 1 hour but I am adding an extra hour as I am still not convinced I can ride just an hour everyday. I need more miles.
