Endurance swim. I didn't intend to do this today, but I felt great swimming, so I decided to bag my workout and put in the long set instead. It was one of those workouts where the time flies past and you barely know what happened. I could have swam the full 4k today, but my left shoulder started talking to me, so I called it good at 3.
