I mixed some dolphin kicking into my kick sets. It was kind of fun, actually. Not specific for tri training probably, but it's some great core work for sure.
1500 swim, 200 kick, 300 pull, 5 x 200, 200 kick, 300 pull, 5 x 100.

Awesome swim. Dolphin kick will build up your core muscles and can definitely be used in the start of a triathlon swim.
