Trail run 14.88 mi 02:03 08:14 pace

I went out for a trail run today, and waited for the afternoon so that I could get some heat training in. But it was really hot out there, and unfortunately I didn't bring enough water with me. The trail was single track and pretty beat up, which made things tough. Overall it was great training, albeit too hot for it to be much fun. Next time I definitely need to be more prepared.
