    Did a walking program on treadmill with a little running. Feeling a headache coming on-not good!

    Had to use eliptical machine this morning, I dislike that even more than the treadmill!

      I am a little evil! No, I am still thinkin monster dash. May do both-that will be my 40 year old goal back to back halfs instead of one whole! Thoughts? I will so need to train then! Why did I ever stop running after high school?

      Ummm...High School was a long time ago; however that really awesome runner is still inside of you somewhere; we just need to get her to show up! Believe me it really takes some tough love (of yourself) to get to where not only do you really enjoy running, but you go nuts if you miss a day--that is my goal for you! Then the races become regular runs with a whole lot of of other people! Back to back sounds pretty awesome!
