    95 degrees, nice and slow from beach , thru the navy base, ending at Corpus Chriati Bay. Awesome

    My core, arms, and chest, well and back, and lats, and shoulders....working on gettin ripped and balanced w/o going to the gym. Cuz, beach, so....why??!!
