      I'm sorry to hear that you had such a tough race! I didn't realize you were going through all that, and it can definitely catch up with you. A huge WTG for seeing it through - I don't know that I would have been able to if I started seeing spots. Keep that head up - showing up at the start line each time is the real achievement IMO!!

      throw away the scale. Most celebrities are air brushed or have had plastic surgery. You seem to be doing everything right. Keep up the good work.
