5 mi MP (7:47), 4mi HMP (7:19), 3 mi 10k pace (7:03), 2 mi 5k pace (6:53) c/d. Used treadmill and watched HR. Never peaked 148 and stayed pretty low, so it was a good run.

good Saturday LR with an old pal 15 mi 02:04 08:16 pace
A sweet old friend (my former BRF) joined me for 4 mi in the middle of my run. Slow, comfortable time to run and talk. Miles on either side were closer to target marathon pace (7:45).
