    5 mi MP (7:47), 4mi HMP (7:19), 3 mi 10k pace (7:03), 2 mi 5k pace (6:53) c/d. Used treadmill and watched HR. Never peaked 148 and stayed pretty low, so it was a good run.

    Quick run with Runner Pup because it was so darn nice out, then 45 minutes of yoga so I'm stretchy and ready for my LR tomorrow. Good stuff.

    good Saturday LR with an old pal 15 mi 02:04 08:16 pace

    A sweet old friend (my former BRF) joined me for 4 mi in the middle of my run. Slow, comfortable time to run and talk. Miles on either side were closer to target marathon pace (7:45).
