    Met Robyn Gonzales and ran south. Kind of humid--body needs to re-acclimate to this heat and moisture. Allergies were ridiculous! Still I love to be out there using my body!

    I LOVE to ride my bike to work!! Great way to start the day and decompress at the end of the day. Everyone should seriously do this!

    Oh man--solo 15 miler was hard work. Last 2 miles were killers! Beautiful day, though, saw what I think was a woodchuck up in a tree--really cute, but I didn't ask it if it needed a hug!
