    speed work with a half mile warm up. Did a ladder: 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200. Phew, it was hot!

    This was an amazing run! It felt good ( a little wet at times)--so incorporated 5 sets of 30/20/10, then every other leg divided by a street crossing was a run-hard effort.

    I thought this run was going to stink, because I felt water logged and we ran at a weird time, but it felt great and I think I could have run more had time permitted it.
