    Ouftah! I ran with Ben and the first half was telling of how tough the second half would be. He took off to run his faster pace and i tried to maintain 7:35-7:40--mildly successful!

      Have you noticed when you add these workouts on your phone it doesn't calculate pace? Can we figure that out with our watch somehow, Sherri?
