    This was a good workout, but had to rush. we did 10x3 bench presses, 10x3 squats with legwork in between. Then did some balance ab work with 9 minutes of planks! Quick but effective!

      You may wish to listen closely to that warning sign, that's about all I got with mine. Mine was followed by a stiffness in the a.m. that was really not all that bothersome and we know how that story ended.
