great Early morning treadmill run at the gym 5 mi 00:55 11:00 pace

I woke up at 4:30 and was at the gym by 5. I ran 5 miles on the treadmill, drove home, showered, got ready for work and made the 40 minute commute to work and had the BEST 15-hour work day EVER!!! I need to do this more often. Did some speed play on the treadmill and sweated like a pig. Good times.
